International p/maternity choir - drop in!

Drop by turkis in Aarhus Festuge for a cozy, relaxed morning singing session with other mothers and fathers in parental leave! 

An inclusive emvironment - open to internationals and Danes alike - where we will learn easy, catchy folk & circle songs from around the world. Come as you are - no choir experience needed.

These are not baby-specific songs - but your child will for sure enjoy the music we make anyway! You have space to attend to the needs of your child, while joining the singing as best you can.

There will be a blanket and toys in the centre for them.

PROGRAM

➤ 15 min to arrive & make you and your baby comfortable.
➤ 1 hour singing - easy, catchy folk songs from the world.
➤ 30 min to drink tea/coffee & hang out together.

TEACHER: Johanne Baadsgaard Lange

Johanne is a singer, performer and music educator - who loves to teach folk songs, rhythm and movement to children and adults across generations.

As an artist, she creates performances with Ensemble ADVENA, sings Bulgarian vocal music with GLAS, and with Nevesta's Voice she has released the award-winning album 'Mother Tongues' - an interpretation of lullabies from the European continent.
