Ecstatic Dance Aarhus is founded by Vittoria Lasorella and Lui Rosenkrantz to celebrate the love of dancing to electronic music. Come and dance when they hold ecstatic dance at turkis!

The session begins with a gathering to warm up the body and mind and a few guidelines on how to explore new ways of moving, connecting and trusting each other. Hereafter we dance freely when LUNI takes us on a musical journey through the melodic electronic genre. The session ends with a group meditation and hopefully we will all feel high on energy and love.

Vittoria is educated professional dancer from London and she has worked as a dancer, choreographer and teacher for 20 years. Over the past years she has moved her focus more into the therapeutic way of moving. She believes dance is healing. She has facilitated Healing and Ecstatic Dance in Thailand, Spain and Denmark with great success.

Bring an open heart, a playfulness mind, courage and challenge yourself to dance in a safe space where no dance experience is needed and explore your own way of expressing yourself. It's fun and liberating and all ages are welcome!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Some guidelines to follow:

➤ No talking, no phones, no alcohol or other substances.
➤ Dress up or wear comfortable clothes.
➤ Bring a water bottle and we recomend you bring shoes too dance in.
