CHADI
Born Chadi Abdul Karim, he is best known as an actor, director, storyteller, and activist – but it all began with music. Back in the early 90s, under the name C.A.K., he co-founded the rap group Alzheimer Klinikken together with L.O.C. (Liam O’Connor) – a pioneering crew that kicked open the door to what we now know as Aarhus V rap.
CHADI is a Danish-Palestinian artist deeply rooted in rap, spoken word, and lyrical performance. His music is marked by raw energy, poetic intensity, and the uncompromising power of language. He moves in the space between rap and poetry – where words become rhythm, and rhythm becomes storytelling.
After many years in the world of theatre and film, he now returns to his first love: music. In recent years, CHADI has been working on a series of new tracks inspired by today’s global realities. The lyrics carry anger, frustration, and a glimmer of hope.
The soundscape is hard, uncompromising, and direct: heavy beats, bass, and drums provide the foundation for lyrics that are both vulnerable and powerful.
NOISE DIVA
Noise Diva is an Amsterdam-based producer and DJ, Garage Noord resident, and co-founder at KLAB. Her musical stylings bridge together a variety of genres, from Moroccan trap to Egyptian R&B, French drill, dancehall, and UK garage, weaving together stories that transcend the dancefloor, while ensuring that dancers stay hot on their toes. The ecstatic flow that she creates in her sets is always unexpected, and yet guaranteed to create intimate connections around the DJ booth.
Noise's production work challenges genre norms, celebrating the nuanced intersections of diverse cultural influences. Her beats are characterized by their robust basslines and dynamic qualities, while her melodies possess a nostalgic and inherently feminine allure, adding depth and intrigue to her musical compositions.
NYGMA
NYGMA, created by Maria Płaźek, celebrates free artistic expression, and has done so for the past seven years in the center of the electronic undeground scene in Aarhus. At the core of both FEUM and Institut for X, a love for connections between people and musical genres flows throughout all of NYGMA's work. To make expressions and sounds merge across traditions and norms. Basslines, grooves and rhythms from all over the world come together through the art of DJing.
KRAUTWALD
Out of the local Rail Foundation crew and with a genuine and deep love for bass music from all over the world. KRAUTWALD plays heavy bass music for the culture and for the communities it brings together. True and honest, dance-friendly and with a special eye for detail.
