ORCHESTRE TOUT PUISSANT MARCEL DUCHAMP (OTPMD)

OTPMD is a Swiss-based avant-garde music collective known for their eclectic blend of genres, experimental soundscapes, and captivating live performances. Formed in Geneva in the early 2000s, the group takes its name from the French artist Marcel Duchamp, a central figure in the Dada movement and conceptual art.

While the lineup has shifted over the years, the collective remains grounded in collaboration, improvisation, and a constant desire to challenge musical conventions. They have released several albums, EPs, and singles — all showcasing a bold and inventive approach to composition and performance. Their music features complex rhythms, unconventional instrumentation, and a playful energy in the spirit of their namesake.

OTPMD is especially celebrated for their energetic and spontaneous live shows, inviting audiences on a sensory journey through ever-evolving sonic territories.
