Kumbhaka Yogaskole offers classes in yogic practice and philosophy in Aarhus. The aim is to introduce more practitioners to the deep roots of Yoga.

This autumn at turkis, we’ll host a series of yoga workshops that explore different themes within the yogic tradition. Through these workshops, we’ll dive deeper into common ideas about what Yoga is and what it can be – approaching it from different angles.

You can stay updated on Facebook and Instagram, where the specific workshops will be announced – or simply show up on the day!

All levels are warmly welcome. The classes are designed to offer something for both experienced practitioners and complete beginners.

You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from us.

After class, there will be time for tea and conversation for those who feel like staying.

Kumbhaka Yogaskole was founded by Johanne Thuesen and Kristian Thuesen.

SCHEDULE

➤ 16:30: Doors open
➤ 17:00: Workshop begins. After this, the doors will be closed.
➤ 19:00: We’ll finish by 19:00 at the latest – but most likely a bit earlier, so there’s time for tea.

PRICE

➤ 60 DKK per workshop
➤ 240 DKK for the full season (7 sessions)
