Three powerful and innovative voices from the Nordic and international music scene come together this evening at turkis, as ALF presents Bison Rouge, Sofía Cardich, and Linnea Hildén.
The concert is organized as part of the #YouCanAlsoBeASoundEngineer workshop, which aims to raise awareness about the participation of women and gender minorities in live sound engineering and music technology.

BISON ROUGE
Bison Rouge dives into electronic, modern folk, and neoclassical with her captivating cello, voice, and pieces. Her sound and songs transcend personal experiences by forming into an epic Myth: a Baltic Sea heroine that guards the feminine, nature, and the unheard. Influences from Sudan Archives, Laboratorium Piesni, Eartheater, and Jonny Greenwood are heard in this Polish born, Seattle raised, Berlin based self-producing artist. Songs from the 2025 Bison Rouge EP mixed by immersive engineer Thomas Geiger (Blind Guardian, Nils Frahm) were heard live at this year’s SXSWLondon, Spot DK, and Garbicz PL, Festivals.
SOFÍA CARDICH
Sofía Cardich (1992) is a composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from La Plata, Argentina. She began her musical journey at 16 years old and, in 2015, she founded Las Piñas, a duo with which she established herself on both the national and international indie scenes, touring through the United States twice and sharing the stage with artists such as La Femme, Courtney Barnett, and Oh Sees, among others.
Now based in Copenhagen, Denmark—but always connected to the Latin American scene—Sofía began her solo career in 2022 with releases that combine indie, synth-pop, guitars, and layers of synthesizers, with introspective lyrics about heartbreak, distance, and emotional states. In 2024, during a stay in Argentina, she began working with La Plata-based producer Santiago Monroy on her first solo album, “Autodefinido,” which was released in August 2025
LINNEA HILDÉN
Linnea Hildén is a Finnish composer and musician who thrives at the thresholds between genres, categories, and expressions. With a background in improvisation, jazz, classical, and rhythm-based traditions, their work spans film music, modern jazz, experimental music, ambient, and sound art—often merging these influences into distinctive and evolving sonic landscapes. Their music often explores the intersection of the acoustic and the electronic, moving through a wide dynamic range and delving into intricate sound colors, textures, and expressions. Linnea’s solo project draws inspiration from Finnish mythology and their profound connection to the forest they grew up in. The soundscapes blend organic textures, cello melodies, and a rich variety of atmospheres, reflecting both the mythical and the personal dimensions of their artistry.
